These terms cover your use of https://www.christomshack.ioand any guides, courses, training programs, or 1:1 sessions purchased or downloaded through it. By using the site, you’re agreeing to them.

The content

Guides, training programs, and courses on this site reflect Chris Tomshack’s personal experience and opinion. They’re educational, not professional advice.

Training and nutrition content (including any cycling, strength, or endurance program) is not medical advice. Talk to a doctor before starting a new training program, especially if you have an existing health condition. You’re responsible for listening to your own body and training within your ability.

Purchases

• Digital products (guides, training programs, courses) are delivered electronically. Because of that, all sales are final — digital downloads generally can’t be refunded once delivered, except where required by law.
• 1:1 sessions are billed at the time of booking. If you need to reschedule or cancel, contact chris@christomshack.io as far in advance as you can.
• Payments are processed by Stripe. Your card details are handled entirely by Stripe and never stored on this site.

What you can do with what you buy

Guides, programs, and courses are licensed for your personal use. Please don’t redistribute, resell, or share purchased content with people who haven’t bought it.

Free guides and the newsletter

Free guides are provided as-is, with no guarantee of a specific outcome. Signing up doesn’t create any ongoing obligation on either side — you can unsubscribe at any time.

No warranty

This site and its content are provided “as is,” without warranties of any kind. Chris Tomshackisn’t liable for outcomes, injuries, or damages that come from using the information, guides, or training programs on this site.

Changes

These terms may be updated occasionally. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the updated terms.
